Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

Identify cost-saving opportunities, value-added initiatives, and process improvements across the procurement lifecycle.

Stay informed about market trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in procurement practices.

Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers to achieve optimal value.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliability, quality, and on-time delivery of goods and services.

Design, implement, and manage efficient end-to-end procurement processes, including requisition, approval, sourcing, purchasing, and payment.

Provide effective leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the procurement team.

Develop and manage the procurement budget, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.

Generate regular reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess procurement performance.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement, with a significant portion in leadership roles.

Strong understanding of procurement principles, strategic sourcing, contract management, and vendor relations.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Proficiency in procurement software and tools; experience with e-procurement systems is a plus.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Professional certifications such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Professional in Supplier Diversity (CPSD) is an advantage.

Fluent both in Chinese and English.
