หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Design, develop, and implement training programs for employees at all levels.

• Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.

• Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment of training programs with business objectives.

• Organize workshops, leadership development programs, and financial industry-specific training.

• Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.

• Manage employee learning and development records to ensure compliance with training requirements.

• Work closely with recruitment and HR teams to support new hire orientation and onboarding programs.

• Coordinate with external training providers and manage training budgets.

• Develop and conduct multilingual training sessions with a focus on English and migrant workforce engagement.

• Monitor and evaluate probationary employees, conducting performance reviews and follow-ups.

ประสบการณ์(ปี) : 3ปีขึ้นไป

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.

✅ 3+ years of experience in HR Training & Development, preferably in the finance or banking industry.

✅ Strong knowledge of learning methodologies, instructional design, and leadership development.

✅ Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.

✅ Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and digital training tools.

✅ Ability to analyze training effectiveness and implement improvements.

✅ Knowledge of Thai labor laws and compliance training requirements.

✅ Fluent in English and able to communicate with migrant workers (Burmese language is a plus).

✅ Experience in multicultural workplace training is highly preferred.
