Senior level management role with professional and representational responsibilities to the staff and professionals outside the organization

Direct reporting to the GM of the company

Manager of the production division in charge of 4X postlarvae production and its KPIs

Importation & maturation of proprietary broodstock

Manage breeding unit to support larvae volume needs

Production of postlarvae in RAS and flowthrough systems in multiple hatchery units

Oversee the nursery unit to juveniles

Directly manage and lead site and unit managers

Weekly physical audit to each of the operational sites

Acknowledge and comply with the company’s industrial operational methodology

Daily monitor the real time data driven KPIs of each unit

Supervise strict biosecurity compliance in each site

Assemble and execute an annual production plan and budget

Improves efficiency through continually improvement production protocols strict data collection

At least five years of working experience in hatchery aquaculture operation of shrimp or fish in Thailand.

Experience of M. rosenbergii hatchery - a huge advantage

Broad aquaculture experience such as basic reproduction biology, water chemistry & monitoring, RAS and biosecurity

Interpersonal & leadership management skills of multiple operational teams in sperate geographical locations

Communication capabilities in English and Thai (both written and verbal)

Proactive thinking, data-driven analytical capabilities

Able to work and thrive in stressful operation environments

Mobile between production sites

Able to work in up-country and periodically oversea
