An on-site, hands-on senior leader in the company’s grow-out farms

A division manager with team leadership skills and coherent data-driven reporting capabilities

Execute and achieve the annual production grow-out plan and targets

Manage and steer the grow-out teams using the company’s industrial activity and role/tasks management philosophy

Daily monitor performance data and water quality parameters to confirm the expected production volumes are on track with the annual plan

Trouble shoot farm operation issues on-site and propose potential improvements in the facilities and protocols of the farms

Provide quarterly written reports about capacity results and KPI concern

Keep strict biosecurity guidelines compliance

Thai nationality

Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills in English and Thai (both written and verbal)

Proactive thinking, data-driven analytical capabilities

Able to work and thrive in stressful operation environments

Mobile between production sites and farms
