Lead CRM strategy and customer segmentation to enhance communication effectiveness and long-term customer value.

Plan, execute, and analyze A/B testing for campaigns, promotions, and communication messages.

Manage and oversee marketing communications across online and offline channels, including performance tracking and measurement.

Plan and control marketing budget allocation to ensure alignment with business objectives and ROI.

Oversee marketing events and activities from planning through execution and post-event evaluation.

Define, monitor, and manage marketing KPIs to ensure targets are met.

Analyze campaign performance and customer data to generate insights and provide strategic recommendations to management.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

Proven experience in team management and cross-functional collaboration.

Strong understanding of customer journey, segmentation, and data-driven marketing.

Solid analytical, performance measurement, and presentation skills.

Strong project management and marketing budget management capabilities.

Experience with Power BI for dashboard creation and performance analysis.

Knowledge of SQL and/or Python for data handling and analysis is preferred.

Experience working with large-scale customer or marketing datasets.

Background in performance marketing or marketing technology tools.

Experience in digital, technology, e-commerce, or data-driven organizations.
