Supervise and monitor daily production operations to ensure alignment with production plans and schedules

Manage manpower planning, including shift allocation and overtime control in accordance with production volume

Lead, coach, and develop production staff to enhance performance and capability

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational and business targets

Drive productivity improvement initiatives and control operational costs

Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports in English

Identify and resolve production issues through effective troubleshooting

Oversee performance management and ensure team compliance with company policies

Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards

Perform other duties as assigned by management

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Science, or related fields

Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning and control within chemical, petrochemical, or related industries

Strong leadership and team management skills

Good command of English (both written and spoken)

Able to work under pressure and in a shift-based environment

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Good communication and coordination skills
