Promote job vacancies across digital platforms, schools/universities, and career fairs.

Maintain an active and updated online presence for recruitment campaigns.

???? Candidate Evaluation & Reporting

Assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

Maintain accurate records.

Prepare regular recruitment reports and analytics to update the HR Manager and department heads.

Participate in career events, internship programs, and pipeline-building initiatives.

Assist in employer branding and HR projects as assigned by the HR Manager.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing platforms.

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
