5+ Years of experience in creative strategy, advertising, or marketing preferred

Proven track record of developing successful creative strategies

Able to think strategically and analytically

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong ability to generate new ideas

Proficient in various design and editing software and tools

Critical thinking skills

Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
