Develop and execute product and marketing strategies for food ingredient portfolios in B2B markets, including positioning, pricing, and go-to-market plans.
Analyze sales performance, market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities
Work closely with sales teams to support key accounts, customer projects, and technical-commercial presentations.
Lead new product introductions, including supplier coordination, product positioning, internal training, and launch execution.
Identify new market segments, applications, and channels to expand the company’s food ingredient business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, principals, suppliers, and key partners.
Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain) to ensure product compliance, registration, and successful commercialization.
Support promotional activities, trade shows, and customer engagement initiatives.
Prepare and manage product documentation, reports, and performance reviews.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a commercial mindset
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in product management, technical sales, or business development within the food ingredients or B2B food industry.

English: Advanced / Fluent for Commercial Negotiation – able to independently lead complex commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, contract terms, and strategic business meetings with international customers and principals. (Equivalent to CEFR level C1 or above, or TOEIC score 850+)
