หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Participate in the establishment, maintenance, and improvement of the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management system (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001).

Drive the Low Carbon Factory initiative, ensuring compliance with standards on wastewater, air pollution, noise emissions, and the proper management of hazardous waste according to legal requirements.

Manage risk assessments by identifying, analyzing, and evaluating hazards in the workplace, and implementing appropriate safety controls and measures.

Ensure employees at risk of workplace hazards undergo pre-employment, ongoing, and exit health checks, maintaining and managing health records.

Plan and conduct safety training for employees, and manage the competency and qualifications of key positions (e.g., EHS officers, hazardous task personnel).

Be responsible for daily safety inspections, identifying risks in work areas, and driving corrective actions from relevant departments.

Oversee inherent safety management (for machinery, production processes, special equipment, and chemicals) to reduce and eliminate risks.

Develop, update, and enforce safety standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Prepare and update the organization’s emergency response plan, conduct regular emergency drills, and manage actual emergencies when they occur.

Stay updated on and interpret the latest EHS laws, regulations, and standards to ensure the company’s operations comply with legal requirements.

ประสบการณ์(ปี) : 2 - 10 ปีขึ้นไป

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental Science, Safety, or a related field.

Knowledge and understanding of environmental and safety laws and regulations in Thailand.

Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

Possession of environmental and safety certifications or licenses in Thailand will be an advantage.

Experience in industrial safety management in large-scale factories will be an advantage.
