Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on project performance against goals, timelines, and budget, providing detailed reports and analysis to senior management.

Problem Solving: Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans. Resolve issues and conflicts within the project team efficiently and effectively.

Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders, including senior management and external partners, to ensure project expectations and requirements are clearly understood and met.

Tools and Technologies: Utilize project management tools such as Jira to enhance project efficiency and team collaboration. Experience in these tools will be utilized to optimize workflow and track project metrics.

Marketing Expertise: Apply marketing knowledge to align projects with the company's strategic marketing objectives and enhance brand visibility.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

2-3 years of proven experience in marketing project management, preferably in a similar industry.

Strong leadership skills and experience managing marketing teams and projects.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Experience with Jira or similar project management software is highly advantageous.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Familiarity with current marketing trends and best practices.

Good level of English Communication
