Verify the product's compliance with the destination country's laws and regulations for distribution, as well as customer-specific requirements.

Review the accuracy of product labeling, packaging designs including box and tray prints, etc.

Prepare the Customer Product Specification and other technical documents as requested by customers.

Check formulations and new raw materials before being used by researchers to ensure their compliance with relevant regulations.

Submit applications for and renew necessary documents such as food manufacturing licenses, Certificates of Free Sale, and coordinate with relevant government agencies.

Monitor changes in food regulations both domestically and internationally, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure compliance.

Arrange sample analysis to support product improvement and development, and verify that analytical results meet legal requirements.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or other related fields

At least 2-3 year of work experience in Food Science and Technology.

Knowledge of Food Law / Food Act.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs.

Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).

Strong skills in internet research.
