Commercial Intelligence & Data Analysis: Support leadership with data-driven insights to guide global strategy.

Strategic Planning Support: Assist in preparing materials and analysis for strategic decision-making.

Asia Commercial Operations Support: Support senior management in improving operational efficiency across Asian markets.

Cross-Functional Commercial Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth commercial execution, to ensure commercial information flows efficiently between departments.

Market Research & Opportunity Identification: Support leadership in identifying new business opportunities.

Bachelor's degree or higher in: International Business / Marketing / Business Analytics / Economics / Management

Experience in consumer products, toys, lifestyle products, or FMCG preferred

Advanced Excel / data analysis capability

Strong analytical and structured thinking

Ability to translate data into clear business insight

Excellent PowerPoint and presentation preparation skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Fluent English (written and spoken) required

Additional languages such as Mandarin, German, or French are a plus
