หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Lead and manage a team of testers (manual and UAT testers), ensuring testing activities are completed on schedule and with high quality

Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test strategies for each project.

Conduct and oversee manual testing to verify that software meets business requirements and technical specifications.

Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders; manage defect tracking, triage, and resolution.

Ensure all testing documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company standards.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, BAs, and PMs to identify and resolve issues early in the development cycle.

Monitor and report test progress, quality metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.

Mentor junior testers and promote best practices in testing methodologies and quality assurance.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.

Strong experience in manual testing and UAT coordination.

Good understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

Experience using testing and defect tracking tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
