หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Develop and implement sales plans targeting Thai local clients (contractors, fabricators, and industrial customers).

Identify new market opportunities and build long-term partnerships with local customers.

Lead and mentor junior sales and sales support staff focused on the domestic market.

Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

Monitor and summarize new Thai government regulations or decrees that could affect SEICO’s business; advise the Chief Representative on suitable marketing campaigns and compliance matters.

Manage sales reporting, CRM data, and monthly performance reviews.

Represent SEICO in client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events across Thailand.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

At least 3 years experience working with prefabricated steel structure(PEB) systems with a clear understanding. If not, the candidate should have at least 5 years of sales experience in steel structures (truss structures are also acceptable).

Native Thai speaker with good English communication skills (written & spoken).

Strong understanding of Thai local market and customer behavior.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and online communication tools.
