Responsible

Promote continuous improvement activities such as Kaizen Week, QIT, LSS improvement programs, and CIP seminars

Evaluate and select appropriate consultants to support internal Kaizen promotion

Collaborate with IT teams to develop or maintain application systems for Kaizen promotion

Act as QIT system administrator, including QIT case review and conducting final review meetings

Identify improvement opportunities and coach QIT, Kaizen, and LSS projects

Track and evaluate improvement benefits, effectiveness, and efficiency after project implementation

Facilitate knowledge sharing, best practices, and lessons learned among worldwide (WW) sites

Execute assigned tasks from management and support customer requirements related to continuous improvement

Serve as an internal lecturer/trainer for Lean or Six Sigma courses

Ensure all assigned activities meet KPI requirements

Knowledge and competence qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above Major in Industrial Engineering or related fields

Lean or Six Sigma training required Lean & Six Sigma certification (GB or BB) is preferred

Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience No supervisory experience required
