Prep & source fresh ingredients, co-ordinate with vendors and maintain a clean, organized area

Ensure the quality served at opening is standards with proper calibration

Serve up drinks with care, speed, and consistency

Upsell café items and support wellness retail

Take care of service area/ front-of-house to be clean and tidy, at all times

Make customers aware of offers on our great food and drink range

Control beverage & coffee stock levels, ordering and reporting any issues to the Bar Team Leader

Able to work 6 days per week /Shift Work (Morning and Afternoon)
