PRE-OPENING STAGE (Planning & Setup) - Define Fvture’s visual identity through lighting, lasers, and video design. - Select and configure lighting and visual equipment in collaboration with Production Manager. - Establish workflows for programming, cueing, and live execution of lighting/visual shows. - Build the visual content library, including motion graphics, theme loops, and custom visuals. - Recruit and train VJs, lighting operators, and laser technicians. ONGOING RESPONSIBILITIES (Post-Opening Operations) - Lead live execution of lights, lasers, and visuals during events. - Coordinate with Creative Director to match lighting and visuals to themes and performances. - Manage visual storytelling to enhance the overall club experience. - Maintain, update, and troubleshoot lighting and video equipment. - Supervise crew members during load-in, programming, rehearsals, and live operation. - Ensure safety compliance with laser usage and rigging standards. - Continuously innovate to keep the club’s light/visual design ahead of industry trends.

Knowledge and competence qualifications

- 5+ years in lighting design, VJing, or visual production for clubs/festivals. - Portfolio of creative lighting/visual projects in nightlife or concerts. - Experience with industry-standard software and consoles (Resolume, GrandMA, Pangolin). - Familiarity with projection mapping, LED walls, and advanced laser systems. - Fluent in English; Thai preferred for coordination with local crew.
