PRE-OPENING STAGE (Planning & Setup) - Recruit and audition dancers, free roamers, and specialty performers. - Design rehearsal schedules and training sessions for the performer team. - Collaborate with Creative Director to translate seasonal themes into choreography and stage direction. - Establish standard operating procedures for performer briefings, rehearsals, and show-day routines. - Coordinate with Costume Designer and Styling Team to ensure performer looks align with show concepts. - Work with Stage Manager to integrate performers into the run-of-show schedule. ONGOING RESPONSIBILITIES (Post-Opening Operations) - Direct and oversee rehearsals, performer training, and show preparation. - Choreograph and refresh routines to match evolving themes and seasons. - Supervise performers during events, ensuring timing, cues, and professionalism. - Manage performer schedules, attendance, and rotation to prevent burnout. - Provide coaching, feedback, and performance reviews for the performer team. - Coordinate with Makeup & Styling Team before events to finalize looks. - Act as the main point of communication between performers and management.

- 5+ years in choreography, performance direction, or stage show management. - Proven experience in nightlife, festivals, theater, or entertainment productions. - Background in dance, performing arts, or related disciplines. - Fluent in English; Thai preferred for performer management. - Experience managing multicultural teams of performers
