Supervise day-to-day operations at assigned bars, ensuring fast, accurate, and high-quality service.

Act as the lead mixologist, developing and preparing signature cocktails that reflect the nightclub’s brand.

Ensure correct use of plastic/acrylic glassware at high-volume areas (dance floor, food zone) and premium glassware at VIP and terrace bars.

Monitor bar cleanliness, hygiene, and setup throughout service hours.

Handle guest interactions directly when VIPs or special requests are involved.
