Management Support & Oversight: Assist management in overseeing daily sales leads to ensure no opportunities are missed and that the sales team maintains consistent follow-up protocols. CRM & Data Administration: ensuring all leads from LINE and other channels are recorded accurately and processed. Meeting Leadership: Record meeting notes during meetings and weekly sales progress updates, ensuring all action items are documented. Operational Coordination: Manage the SI (System Integrator) ecosystem by resolving customer conflicts and serving as the point of contact for pricing and stock availability. Procurement & E-commerce: Remind management to place PO when stock is low. Project Documentation: Coordinate with management to gather information from suppliers and pricing for high-level projects. Role Overview: We are looking for a versatile, high-energy Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the management team. This is a "multi-hat" role for someone who is outgoing, and eager to learn. You will act as the right hand to management by overseeing the daily sales pipeline, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring operational tasks—from e-commerce stock to technical quotations.
