2) Lead and manage MT & TT sales teams, including performance evaluation, coaching, and development to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

3) Build and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts and major retail partners in the Modern Trade channel.

4) Negotiate trading terms and co-develop trade marketing activities with customers to enhance product visibility and distribution efficiency. Coordinate with marketing and management teams to set pricing policies, promotions, and trade budgets.

5) Analyze sales data, consumer behavior, and market trends. Prepare reports and propose strategic plans to drive sustainable business growth.

6) Monitor industry trends and competitors to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- At least 8–15 years of experience in sales and team management in both MT and TT channels, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.

- Experience in managing key accounts and negotiating with major retailers.

- Strong knowledge of sales strategy development, category management, and sales data analysis.

- Understanding of Supply Chain process, Promotion management, and working with strategic customers.

- Excellent sales, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Strong leadership with the ability to motivate, lead, and develop high-performance teams.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Experience in the FMCG industry is highly preferred.

- Good command of English for business communication.
