Education: Bachelor’s degree or above would be better. Majors in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, Environmental Engineering, or related fields are preferred.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service. Experience in the air filtration industry is a plus.
Nationality & Language: Thai nationals are preferred. Proficiency in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is required. Experience in developing local Thai clients is an advantage.
Familiarity with basic sales processes and customer communication skills, with a strong service mindset
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with basic data analysis capabilities
Basic knowledge of the company’s main products (e.g., air conditioner filters, air purifier filters)
Strong communication skills: clear expression, good listening ability, and capable of building positive client relationships
Responsible, detail-oriented, flexible, proactive, and execution-driven
Strong team player with good collaboration skills
Good command of English (CET-4 or equivalent); ability to handle basic business emails is preferred
Holding a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for short business trips is a plus
Compensation structure: Base salary(34000-57000) plus sales commission(Commission is linked to sales profit)

Responsible for developing and maintaining clients in the industrial air filtration market
Assist the Sales Manager in daily client communications via phone, email, WeChat, and other channels; respond promptly to inquiries and customer needs
Conduct regular visits to existing clients to understand usage feedback, procurement plans, and potential demands; build and maintain strong client relationships
Assist in handling customer complaints or issues; provide timely feedback and follow up on resolution progress to improve customer satisfaction
Support the preparation, execution, and management of sales contracts
Assist the Sales Manager in processing sales orders, including preparing Proforma Invoices (PI), confirming delivery schedules, tracking production progress, and arranging shipments
Follow up on accounts receivable; assist with reconciliation, invoicing, and payment collection to ensure timely cash flow
Maintain and manage customer files and order records, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and traceability
Collect customer feedback on product performance, pricing, and services; compile and report regularly to the Sales Manager to support product optimization and market strategy
Monitor competitor activities, market price changes, and industry trends; report insights to the Sales Manager in a timely manner
Receive visiting clients and coordinate related administrative arrangements
Assist in preparing sales contracts, quotations, and tender/bidding documents
Participate in exhibitions, client visits, and technical discussions; provide on-site support and follow-up
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and timeliness
Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors;Actively support the sales team in related activities such as document preparation, sample delivery, and meeting arrangements
