• Physical Assessment: Conduct postural, strength, and cardiovascular assessments and programming consultations for new and current members. to co-design personalized programs with the training team.

• Quality Control: Ensure all training sessions adhere to correct physiological principles and maintain safety standards, especially for clients with physical limitations.

• Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with members, specifically managing "special care" cases (e.g., elderly clients or those recovering from injuries).

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a physiological, rehabilitative or physical wellness field (Holders of a professional license will receive special consideration).

• Experience: 3–5+ years in clinical and/or fitness services, with proven team management skills.

• Communication: Proficiency in both Thai and English (to cater to our diverse clientele).

• Mindset: A positive "Can-do" attitude, high accountability, and a deep understanding of premium private service.
