Responsible

Produce molds to ensure that parts meet the required size and shape specifications, analyze problem and develop work processes.

Analyze plastic injection work using SW Plastic program.

Determine the optimal gate locations and design the cooling system for molds.

Design and draft 2D/3D mold drawings.

Prepare purchase orders for materials and STD parts.

Train employees and impart knowledge on molding.

Bachelor's degree in Mold and Die, Mechanical Engineer, or related fields.

Have knowledge of material science, machine, and CAD/CAM/CAE design program and measuring tools.
