Responsible

Responsible for domestic procurement, including raw materials and miscellaneous factory supplies, ensuring appropriate pricing and compliance with quality policies and buyer requirements.

Responsible for planning the sourcing and selection of new domestic suppliers or service providers, negotiating, executing procurement operations, and planning the delivery of goods and services to meet the needs of various departments. This also includes managing the organization's inventory to ensure balance and efficiency.

Responsible for converting Purchase Requisitions (PR) into Purchase Orders (PO) and following up on order confirmation documents from suppliers.

Responsible for evaluating, registering, and updating the database of international suppliers.

Responsible for auditing key suppliers' factories.

Support the team to effectively respond to customer needs.

Qualification

Education Level : More than Bachelor's Degree

Experience(Yr) : 5 - 7

Knowledge and competence qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.

At least 5 years of experience in procurement or sourcing.

Have knowledge in procurement and sourcing processes.

Have knowledge in commercial awareness in relevant areas such as accounting.

Basic understanding of legal principles related to procurement.

Proficient in computer usage, especially Microsoft Office.

Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing is an advantage.

Strong problem-solving skills, especially in handling unexpected situations.

High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and excellent coordination skills with internal departments.
