Responsible

Develop and implement export sales strategies to expand the company’s presence and revenue in target international markets (Asia, Middle East, Europe, etc.)

Identify and approach new overseas customers (B2B / OEM / ODM) while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients

Conduct market research to analyze global beauty trends, competitors, and consumer demands to support product development and business planning

Coordinate with R&D, Packaging, Logistics, Production, and Regulatory Affairs teams to ensure seamless export operations and product delivery

Negotiate business terms, pricing, and contracts with international partners and clients

Prepare and review export documents (Quotation, PI, Invoice, Export Forms, etc.) to ensure accuracy and compliance

Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and prepare regular sales reports for management

Knowledge and competence qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related fields

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Export Sales or International Business Development

Experience in cosmetics, skincare, health products, or OEM/ODM manufacturing is highly preferred

Strong understanding of export procedures, international shipping, and documentation

Excellent command of English (both spoken and written)

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

Analytical mindset with a good understanding of global beauty trends and customer insights

Willingness to travel abroad for business meetings and trade exhibitions
