Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity

Produce high-quality graphics, layouts, and visual storytelling that support campaign objectives

Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Product teams to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities

Translate marketing strategies and briefs into effective visual communication

Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all touchpoints

Lead and mentor junior designers or external vendors/agency when required

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within timeline

Review and provide feedback to ensure design quality and brand alignment

Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices

Propose new creative ideas to improve brand image and campaign performance

Optimize design processes and asset management for efficiency

Strong portfolio demonstrating creative concept and execution across multiple platforms

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools

Experience in digital design, social media content, and basic motion graphics/video editing is a plus

Good understanding of branding, layout, typography, and color theory

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Basic knowledge of HTML, video editing, or AI design tools

Experience working with digital marketing campaigns or performance marketing teams
