Ensure developed systems comply with industry regulations and internal governance standards.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for performance and scalability.

Provide technical documentation and training for internal stakeholders.

Communicate effectively in English with internal teams and external vendors.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

5 - 8 years of hands-on development experience in Python.

Strong experience in RPA tools and frameworks (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).

Good understanding of brokerage workflows, trading systems, clearing, settlement, and regulatory requirements.

Experience integrating Python solutions with trading platforms or APIs.

Knowledge of financial market data formats and protocols (FIX, REST APIs).

Background in automation for trade processing, reporting, or compliance.

Familiarity with Agile development methodology.

Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written).

Ability to work independently and manage projects end-to-end.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
