หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

1. Manage, drive and oversee day-to-day operation to achieve e-commerce sales target through all channels (Website, Social commerce, marketplace).

2. Manage the user experience of the website including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns.

3. Ensure all marketplace channels [Lazada/Shopee/​Line / others ( if any)] are growing and deliver KPI on track

4. Oversee of E-Commerce operations to ensure a high service and delivery quality to end-users

5. Product Data content management and enhancement.

7. Collaborate all strategy plan between functions incl. promotion, media, coupon, seasonal event and ensure all activities are delivered right for the customers.

8. Ensuring optimal product presentation and visibility on online channels.

9. To meet/exceed all assigned KPI’s, sales volume, profit targets and objectives.

10. Analyze product availability, returns, compensations to ensure constant updating and optimization.

11. Monitor sales performance and traffic analytic all platforms.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

- Bachelor's Degree or above in Marketing or related field.

- 3-5 years working experience in E-commerce Sales

- Strong experience in E-commerce platform and management.

- Extensive experience and knowledge of social media platforms, e-commerce market places, and Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Shopee, LAZADA etc.

- Proactive and problem-solving attitude.

- Analytical, data driven mindset.

- High interpersonal skills, excels in working with a team.

- Driven, Energetic, Analytical, Forward-Thinking with good interpersonal skills.

- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
