Laguna Resorts & Hotels PLC. is currently seeking qualified candidate for Seeding Restaurant to fill the below position: Seedlings Head Chef Qualifications:- - Solid experience as an Outlet Chef. - High School level-Grade 12 or Vocational level - At least 3 years in kitchen and related fields, with supervisory experience - Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of individuals - Able to handle demanding workload and pressure, able to work on shifts & long hours - Able to work in Phuket Duties & Responsibilities:- To create optimum customer satisfaction by providing the highest standard of food quality, consistency and presentation at the same time maximizing the profit margins through effective management of the kitchen operation and cost control.
