"Single property: - Responsible for hotel occupancy through competitive rate analysis, direct sales involvement, promotions and marketing efforts - Increase opportunities via rate and inventory; maximize rates during peak period and adjust rates according to demand - Manage all channels of distribution - Apply effective sales, pricing and mix management strategies for each market segment, including the identification of the appropriate share of rooms and ensuring strategic and operational compliance to all revenue management best practices and business strategies - Responsible for designing and implementing effective revenue management systems, standards and practices to control the rooms inventories - Prepare forecasts of future rooms occupancy and revenues and implements an effective pricing strategy - Develops trains and executes revenue targets through implementation programs via Sales and Marketing, Front-office and Reservation personnel Multi-property: - Responsible for providing ongoing analysis and feedback to hotels on the effectiveness of revenue management strategies - Identify and work with critical-need hotels on pricing and mix management - Ensure strategic and operational compliance to all revenue management best practices and business strategies"
