Responsible

Lead RF planning and optimization initiatives to ensure optimal network performance.

Conduct advanced drive test data analysis and parameter optimization across multi-technology networks.

Monitor and evaluate network KPIs, identify performance gaps, and develop corrective actions.

Formulate and implement optimization strategies to improve coverage, capacity, and service quality.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.

Engage with clients and stakeholders to present solutions, reports, and recommendations.

Experience(Yr) : 3 - 10

Knowledge and competence qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related discipline.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in RF planning and optimization, with exposure to 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies.

In-depth knowledge of radio parameters, KPI analysis, and troubleshooting methodologies.

Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Genex PHU, Genex Assistant/ Probe, TEMS, Actix, Nemo, or equivalent.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated leadership ability.

Candidates with effective communication skills and proficiency in English will be given preference.
