หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Franchise Partner and Shop Performance - Monitor and analyze partner shop performance and Identify performance gaps and implement tailored improvement strategies and Develop and execute incentive programs to motivate shop performance.

Relationship Management - Act as the primary point of contact for Franchise Partner and Shop, Build and maintain strong relationships to foster loyalty and collaboration and Provide regular feedback and support to enhance partner satisfaction.

Strategic Planning and Execution - Develop long-term strategies to improve shop performance and revenue growth, Implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and partner success, Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages.

Partner Engagement and Shop Visits - Visit partner shops regularly to maintain engagement and address concerns, Conduct on-site assessments to ensure shop compliance and operational standards, Gather feedback from partners during visits to improve services and performance.

Regional Collaboration - Work closely with regional teams to align area-specific goals and challenges, Support regional initiatives and provide insights to enhance local performance and Facilitate best practices sharing between regions to drive overall improvements.

Reporting and Communication - Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations, Maintain accurate documentation of shop performance and strategic actions, Communicate effectively with internal department and partners, Develop analytical reports to support strategic decision-making and business development and Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and branch performance to propose improvement and revenue growth strategies.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or as an Account Executive (experience in these areas is an advantage).

Good command of English, both spoken and written.

Strong communication skills and a good business mindset.

Possess a valid driving license and be able to drive.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
