หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
Channel Performance Analysis - Collect, clean, and analyze data from various channels (KE, DC, FC, KBD, 4PL, RTSP, etc.). - Monitor KPIs such as parcel volume, revenue, sales per store, SLAs, operational KPIs, etc. - Identify underperforming outlets and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Partnership Channel Management - Track performance of partnership channels (FC, KBD, 4PL, RTSP). - Evaluate partner contribution in terms of sales volume, customer reach, and profitability. - Provide data-driven recommendations for partner incentive schemes, commission models, or territory planning. - Support negotiations and relationship management by supplying performance insights and benchmarks.
Promotion & Campaign Analytics - Work with Marketing and Channel teams to design promotion tracking frameworks. - Forecast potential sales uplift, parcel volume increase, and customer acquisition from campaigns. - Measure campaign effectiveness by comparing baseline vs. uplift performance across channels. - Segment results by channel to identify where promotions are most effective. - Provide post-campaign reports with ROI, customer behavior insights, and recommendations for improvement.
P&L Analysis - Support preparation of channel-level P&L reports, including revenue, direct costs, and contribution margins. - Analyze cost structures of different channels. - Highlight profitability drivers and risks at shop/partner level. - Provide insights to optimize cost efficiency, commission structures, and resource allocation. - Support Head of Department and Head of Team in making strategic decisions (shop closure/opening, partner contract renegotiation, investment in new formats).
Reporting & Dashboard Development - Design and maintain dashboards and reports to track daily/weekly/monthly channel performance. - Provide clear and concise insights to Head of Department, Head of Team, RGM, BM, and related teams. - Automate recurring reports where possible.
Forecasting & Planning - Support sales forecasting, volume projection, and budget planning for channels. - Contribute to location analysis for new shop openings or partner expansion. - Conduct scenario simulations to evaluate the impact of promotions, price changes, or campaigns.
Operational Insights - Analyze customer behavior and transaction patterns at different touchpoints. - Track adoption of new initiatives. - Recommend resource allocation (staffing, shop supplies, promotions) based on demand.
Collaboration - Work closely with related teams to align on insights. - Support decision-making for promotions, shop layouts, and service enhancements. - Share data-driven recommendations to improve channel efficiency and customer satisfaction.
คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Computer Science, Statistics, or Data Science)
Experience in data analysis or business intelligence
Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
Basic knowledge of Python
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
