หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Oversee and ensure accuracy of Purchase Order (PO) data within the RAS system, maintaining high data integrity and compliance.

Proactively monitor purchase orders and shipment status to ensure on-time delivery and mitigate potential delays.

Act as a key liaison between overseas suppliers, Customer Service (CS), and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and workflow efficiency.

Partner with CS and Domestic teams to optimize import stock levels and ensure alignment with demand planning.

Analyze inventory trends and initiate appropriate logistics solutions, including air freight arrangements, to meet KPI targets and business requirements.

Perform CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) analysis to support cost optimization, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.

Lead or support cross-functional initiatives and special projects to ensure delivery within defined timelines and quality standards.

Communicate company policies, strategies, and operational directions effectively to Sales and CS teams.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related disciplines.

Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive parts industry will be an advantage.

Proficient in English communication (both written and spoken) in a business context.

Strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

Demonstrated ability to coordinate across multiple functions in a dynamic environment.

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
