Responsible

Manage and oversee the B2C sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

Plan sales targets, promotions, and revenue-driving campaigns; analyze sales performance and continuously adjust strategies.

Develop and execute marketing strategies for both B2C and B2B aligned with revenue objectives.

Plan, execute, and control both online and offline marketing campaigns.

Collaborate closely with the B2B sales team to support lead generation, campaigns, and sales tools.

Oversee content, promotions, pricing strategy, and brand positioning.

Prepare and present sales, marketing, and performance reports to management.

Knowledge and competence qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing.

Proven experience in managing sales and/or marketing teams.

Experience in B2C markets with a strong understanding of the HoReCa sector.

Strong understanding of sales performance metrics, including KPIs, margins, and ROI.

Excellent communication skills in Thai, with the ability to use English effectively in a professional working environment.

Decisive, results-driven, and accountable for numbers, with the ability to work fast, adapt quickly, and perform confidently under targets.
