Maintains time and attendance, absentee, sick and leave records
Collects data from fingerprint device (employee hour control clock)
Totals or verifies total hours worked by each employee
Issues and tracks purchase orders for operating departments
Provides secretarial assistance for assigned personnel
Organizes and maintains historical and working files
Performs general office tasks not limited to word processing to assist the General Manager and other department heads
Maintains office supplies
Maintains correspondence with government agencies for all foreign worker related matters.
Keeps critical records and alerts General Manager and / or employees of visa expiry dates, re-entry permits and / or any other pertinent matters to ensure Company and foreign worker meet legal work requirements.
Performs other clerical duties (copying, assembling, distributing, etc.)
Assist to schedule the CEO & General Manager’s appointments/ conferences
Answers the telephone, acts as a receptionist when necessary; assists with directing customer inquiries
When required, attends meetings with the CEO, GM, Board of Directors, club staff and others.
Maintain appearance of reception area
Manages the club’s personnel program; assists in the development/implementation of applicable hiring and exit policies and procedures; processes various labor-staffing reports
Administers with Finance department the payroll records and assures that all applicable foreign and local wage and related laws are consistently complied with.
Researches and advises on Company health, retirement and other benefits programs. Proposes employee benefit enhancements to the General Manager.
Conducts labor analysis, staff planning and other studies as requested.
Update and maintain staff and shareholder address, email and telephone lists
