Job Description :

Step 1 Receive A/N and Open Job
Receive Arrival Notice (A/N) from the shipping line.
- Use B/L information to open a job in the system.
- Send A/N to consignee (Cnee) for confirmation.
- Once confirmed, close and enter the job in the system.
Step 2 Verify Documents (if not direct shipment)
- Request HBL and MBL from origin.
- Verify accuracy before closing and entering the job.
Step 3 Request Shipping Documents
After entry is closed, request shipping documents from the consignee.
Forward the documents to the customs broker for draft import declaration.

Step 4 Monitor ETA
While waiting for the draft declaration, check ETA from shipping lines website or customs website.
Update consignee regularly.

Step 5 Import Declaration Review
Receive draft import declaration from customs broker.
Send to consignee for checking.
Once confirmed, notify broker to issue duty payment documents.

Step 6 Duty Payment Preparation
Receive duty payment documents from broker.
Upload them into the system.
Prepare billing for consignee to settle import duty.

Step 7 Prepare for DO Exchange
While waiting for consignee to pay duty, prepare all required documents for DO exchange.
Once shipping line issues invoice, process payment immediately.
Attach transfer slip with prepared documents to speed up DO release.
Note: Shipping line normally issues DO charges 1 day before vessel arrival.

Step 8 Settle Duty with Broker
After consignee pays duty, pay the customs broker.
Broker proceeds with cargo clearance.

Step 9 DO Exchange & Delivery Plan
Complete DO exchange and collect DO.
Notify consignee with clearance and delivery plan.
Once consignee confirms, share the same plan with customs broker.
Important: Send DO and pickup location at Laem Chabang to broker.

Step 10 Proof of Delivery (POD)
After clearance and delivery, request POD from broker.
Use POD as proof of successful delivery and handover.
Step 11 Submit Final Documents
Collect 0409 form and customs duty receipt.
Send to consignee.
Step 12 Vendor Payment
Process payments to customs broker and other suppliers.
Step 13 Billing Consignee
Issue invoice/billing to consignee for charges.
Ensure billing is done promptly (important if consignee has 30-60 day credit terms).

Checking the draft shipping documents before send to shipping for rechecking again if have any docs have to revise the shipping will inform me back then I will inform shipper to revise that document.
