Job Description :
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by managing the sales team, at the same time, negotiateclose deals and handle complaints or objections - Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base by using CRM software Salesforce and market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs - Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives and being a certificated trainer of Olympus in Thailand Remote visual inspection. - Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs - Present sales and revenue reports and realistic forecasts to the management team - Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status - Responds to customer complaints evaluates and resolves problems of the customer assists in installing the equipment analyzes, inspects and reviews findings to determine the solution to the problem that the customer demands and share with internal teams - Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations - Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
