Job Description :
- Responsible for 3 main functions 1. Category Analysis - Develop category goals strategies tactics, monitor category performance and take corrective action as required - Provide sales range analysis and recommendation for team and management to improve performance by each products category effectiveness, also to help serve customers better - Analyze every aspect of bestsellers such as price points, specification, location, promotion and ensuring that bestsellers reach their full potential - Maintain a comprehensive library of appropriate data and gathering information on customers reactions to products and services - Define standard store cluster category mix product sequence standard assortment to match with the customer demand - Set up Plan-O-Gram for new stores and renovated stores to control display units matching with store type standard - Keep up to date with emerging technology and product trends 2. Visual Merchandise - Define, design and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy - Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store - Identify key messages and set a clear image of the end result - Change displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal theme - Act in alignment to the organizations culture, products, image and target market 3. Sales Promoter Analysis - Analyze sales performance by store by category by brand, matching with brands sales promoter performance at store level to find the opportunities - Analyze individual sales promoter performance, set up review sales target and define grading to make sure that brands put the right promoters to the right store cluster - Control number of sales promoter and suggest the opportunities for the missing high potential stores
