- Coordinate with Yamaha Music Foundation YMF, Japan focusing on a business planning and monitoring ongoing market situation including summary Student and Royalty report - Purchasing process with oversea suppliers, managing inventory level and responding to customer and supplier inquiries. - Formulate and coordinate marketing activity and policies to promote Yamaha Music Course - Evaluate financial aspects of marketing and activity budgets - Work closely with advertising agency, organizer, PR and vendor to produce the best marketing campaign - Responsible and monitoring for all areas of promotions and marketing campaign for the loyalty program, Customer Relationship Management CRM - Planning and controlling an activity for expanding a market share with Customer Experience Management CEM - Planning and developing, executing and evaluating to the marketing communication tools, promotional campaign, sales action with the Franchisee to achieve a company targets. - Action for General Manager to Yamaha Music School Mahasarakham, a direct music school - Survey the market to understand the market - Handle the other assignments from Top Management.
