Job Description :
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies - Prepare financial documents which are payroll pay-in slips, monthly accounting report for accountant, and expense reports - Prepare invoices, receipts, and withholding taxes for clients and partners - Manage office supplies, cleanliness, and renew office service agreements - Manage agendas, travel arrangements, and appointments for executives and associates - Create and gather spreadsheets and presentations - Handle the incoming calls and e-mails - Coordinate and prepare documents for visa and work permit extension - Support translation issue from English to Thai and vice versa - Create and update records and databases of personnel, financial, and other data and manage the filing system - Assist executives and colleagues when necessary and support ad-hoc assignments
