Job Description :
* Lead and drive overall sales performance of TrioClear Clear Aligner to achieve business targets
* Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and increase case submissions
* Manage and grow key accounts (dental clinics / orthodontists) to ensure long-term partnerships
* Analyze sales data, conversion rates, and market trends to identify growth opportunities
* Oversee team performance, provide coaching, and support sales team to improve productivity
* Collaborate with Lab, Clinical, and Customer Support teams to ensure seamless case workflow
* Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing clinical and operational concerns effectively
* Drive product adoption through training, workshops, and engagement activities with dentists
* Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the sales funnel (submission approval production)
* Collect and communicate market feedback to internal teams for continuous product improvement
* Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies to maintain competitive advantage
* Support marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events to strengthen brand presence

* Increased approved cases from 285 (2024) to 395 (2025), achieving +38.6% YoY growth
* Achieved 291 approved cases in Q1 2026 (73.7% of full-year 2025)
