Front-line guest care at Volve Hotel Bangkok, one of company businesses. - Personal service attending to each and every guests individual needs from booking taxis and restaurants to providing unique information on the local area - Translating and supporting the 98 of guests who are non-Thai speaking to make them feel confident and happy to get the most from their vacation - Everyday hotel tasks including meet and greet, check-in, check-out, back office and booking system management and room service - Barista and waitress service in the hotel restaurant and caf - Guest relations including complaints, queries and feedback - Security and safety training including storage of valuables, evacuation and night time working
