1. Cost Estimation and Quotation
- Cost and Blueprint Analysis: Analyze the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) from designer blueprints, including material and labor details, to provide accurate cost estimates.
- Price Research and Comparison: Source and compare prices from various suppliers to secure the best quotes.
- Project Cost Calculation: Systematically calculate project costs, including expenses, labor, and profit, using established formulas.
- Quotation Preparation and Presentation: Prepare quotations for management approval before submitting them to clients or the sales team.

2. Project Coordination
- Team Liaison: Work closely with designers, foremen, and the production team to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
- Meeting Participation: Attend project planning and kick-off meetings.
- Subcontractor Management: Select suitable subcontractors to maximize benefits for the company. This involves coordinating with them for quotations, scheduling work dates, and preparing progress reports for the accounting department.

3. Client and Partner Relationship Management
- Local Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for quotations, clarifications, price negotiation, and project execution details. Prepare summary reports for invoicing.
- International Client Support: Communicate with international clients via social media and email. Create work plans, coordinate with subcontractors, and provide regular progress updates.
