Job Description :

1. Take out the blueprints to estimate the project's costs. 2. Check the quantity and prepare the Payment (payment to subcontractors). 3. Check the quantity and prepare the Project Payment (document for paying the project's installments). 4. Check the scope of the project construction contract (Bidding Document). 5. Meet at the work site to follow up on the current work status, check and arrange for additional or reduced work with the unit's engineers, and summarize prices to prepare the budget. 6. Prepare the Cost Code, budget, negotiate prices, make VO, control budget use, close the budget, etc.

Job Description :

Supervise and inspect the work of drawing up the price estimate and budget to ensure that construction is in accordance with the specified plan and construction standards. Plan the budget when there are changes that do not go according to the plan. Check additional budgets and present them for approval. Prepare presentation reports. Check for updates to cost price data. Organize bidding to select contractors. Prepare median prices. Conduct price comparison analysis, negotiate prices, summarize prices, present construction cost reductions. Coordinate with relevant agencies and others as assigned.
