Job Description :
Responsible for daily operations including briefings, admission numbers, secondary spend, photography services, souvenir shop and wax hand Develop and deliver the best practice standards for the operation of admissions process, customer arrivals, security and asset protection and the management of attraction areas Promote and validate secure cash handling practices as well as ensure the secure management of all other payment methods Manage resources and stocks for ticket counters, souvenir shop and photography counter in accordance with guidelines and agreed targets Manage the response and initiate appropriate remedial action to customer complaints. Ensure proper and timely follow up on customer issues and maintaining records of customer complaints Manage the administration duties such as preparing roster, uniform, etc. and verifying all staff records for overtime, tardiness, sickness.
