Job Description

  • Position: Assistant Manager HR • Responsibilities: • HR • Deal with the government for submitting HR’s documents such as social security fund, compensation fund, etc. • Administer and coordinate with agency for VISA & Work permit documents for Expat employees • Participating in benefits tasks: health insurance, claim resolutions • Manage and update human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, tracking vacation, sick, and personal time. • Prepare internal and external correspondence, legal documents, form letters and other documents. • Administrate group life, accident & health insurance and social security fund for all employees. • Update company organization chart on a regular basis. • Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation • Preparing new employee contract • Monitoring and tracking employee probation timeline • Participating in benefits tasks: health insurance, claim resolutions Ensure that all records and HR data are deal with in a timely and accurate way. • Payroll • Preparation of payroll payment of each month & pay slips. • Preparation of PND.1 report (Employee personal income tax) to revenue dept. of each month. • Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating and entering data. • Coordinate and Lead the timely collection of input data in the payroll process, i.e. employee data, • time and attendance data, compensation and benefits data and payroll payment data.
