Job Description :
- Preparing raw material and cooking fresh food for the restaurant of 500-1000 guests. - Opened and set up the kitchen, preparing, cooking, and cooking food to the high standards of a 5 star hotel. - Preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, and broiling for morning and night shift. - Helping with deliveries and restocking at each station. - Carried out daily and weekly procedures such as temperature checks, food labeling, dating, and storage. - Worked directly under the supervision of the Head Chef.
